About me

I began my health journey when I noticed a troubling pattern: family members were passing away at a young age, often due to preventable lifestyle factors. This inspired me as soon as I became an adult, to take control of my own health and dedicate myself to learning how to create lasting vitality. I delved deeply into investigating the root causes of imbalance and exploring how lifestyle, environment, movement, nutrition, psychology, purpose, relationships, spirituality, and mindset shape overall well-being.

 

In 2019, I began studying to become a registered dietician. However, as I progressed, I quickly realized that the conventional setting of working as a dietician didn’t align with my passion for a holistic approach or my desire to focus on prevention rather than addressing health issues after they arise. This realization motivated me to pursue a path that integrates whole food nutrition, exercise, biohacking, and mindful living. By 2020, I faced my own struggles with gut health which taught me first hand how stress and lifestyle choices deeply impact the mind and body. These experiences strengthened my commitment to a holistic approach and inspired me to reverse my own biological age using practices I now teach.

Through my journey, I’ve learned that true wellness is about achieving balance, building resilience, and feeling empowered to live a fulfilling life. My approach is rooted in the concept of individuation-helping you uncover and align with your authentic self to build a sustainable, personalized path to health. I draw inspiration from Stoic philosophy, emphasizing discipline, resilience, and the importance of focusing on what you can control while letting go of what you cannot. Additionally, I integrate the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda, recognizing the power of balancing the body's energy and aligning with nature's rythms for holistic healing.

I don't believe in fad diets, or extreme caloric restrictions. Instead, I advocate for nourishing your body with nutrient-dense, whole foods that honor your unique needs. Health isn't about deprivation or quick fixes; its about building habits that enrich your life and create sustainable vitality.

I'm not focused on longevity out of fear of dying; I'm focused on it because I want to have the best quality of life while I'm here. Today, I am passionate about helping others take control of their health and creating tailored coaching that empowers you to thrive-so you too can experience life with vitality, purpose, and joy.
